Free Shipping in The Netherlands on orders of € 100,- or more. We ship with our Dutch logistics partner PostNL. We charge € 6,95 shipping costs (within The Netherlands) on orders below € 100,-. You can easily indicate your delivery date and delivery time (within The Netherlands) on our check-out page. In addition, it is possible to deliver your order through evening delivery on working days or pick up your order at a PostNL pick-up point. For evening delivery and pickup at a PostNL pick up point, an additional surcharge applies.
At Tenandup we strive to deliver as soon as possible (1-3 business days within The Netherlands) if the product is in stock. Please note that orders placed Friday after 17:00 or on weekends are not delivered by PostNL until Tuesday. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the delivery date of PostNL. After payment of your purchase, you will receive an email containing the PostNL Track and Trace (T&T) number within 24 hours. This allows you to easily track your package and find PostNL delivery information. Download the PostNL app for iOS and Android for free.
We strive for 100% satisfaction guarantee with our customers. You have the right to return your product within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your order. You can return your order to the following address mentioned below at point F.
1. Returns apply as follows:
A. Report your return within 14 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to email@example.com including the order number, your name and the reason for your return. There is a return form (on the back of your packing list) included in your package that allows you to return the items. Fill out the return form and send the package you want to return via a post office near you. You will receive a confirmation from the post office that you have delivered the package.
B. The shipping costs of returns/exchanges are always at your own expense. Returns are always at the customer's risk. Goods returned by courier can not be accepted.
C. Make sure all items are provided with original labels and/or tickets. Only unused and unsupported (odor and moisture-free) items are accepted.
D. Tenandup guarantees you to refund your purchase return if all items are returned in good condition. Make sure the original packaging is not damaged or plastered. Never use the original shoe box as outer packaging! Use the original packaging materials (overalls, shoe boxes, plastic covers, etc) to return the items to us. Do not use any materials and be careful when unpacking the shipment! If the original packaging is damaged by the use of tape, we can not sell this item anymore. We are then forced to deduct € 25, - from the outstanding amount.
E. Please send the following items for a return shipment: the product you return and your return form giving the reason for your return shipment (optional). The reason for your return shipment helps us improve our service.

2. If the item is damaged by receipt or you received the wrong article, you can exchange it for the item you want. You have the right to return your product to the above address within 14 days of receipt. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days, giving you the reasons for return, your name, and the order number.
3. If you want to exchange the item for another size, please contact us. We then reserve the right size for you (if in stock).
4. If you wish to exchange more than one item from the same order, you must return all relevant items at once (in one return shipment).
If the shipment does not return as described above, Tenandup has the right to refuse the product. Items that are worn and damaged will no longer be exchanged.
